Healthcare Design-Build for the Lee University, School of Nursing
In 2016 Lee University engaged Tricon to design-build a state-of-the-art facility to house the school’s new nursing program. Tricon managed the project from end-to- end, bringing on Rardin & Carroll Architects as a design partner. Tricon led the coordination of school administrators, medical facility design consultants, and the new teaching staff of the nursing school to create a mix of classroom and practical hands-on learning environments. The project was completed ahead of schedule and well within the University’s budget.
